We prefer products and services that we've tried ourselves - as part of our research, our kids took the classes, bathed in the sudsy stuff; we tried out acupuncturists, sleep consultants, and spas. Well, it depends. For most offers you’ll just print off the receipt we send you, bring it to the vendor and present it on checkout. For e-commerce offers from our online friends we'll send you a special code that you use when you check out on their site. All redemption instructions are printed clearly, so not to worry!

The bottom line is, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and will do what we can to make things right.

First, contact the business—many companies recognize that good customer service is imperative and will want to work it out with you directly. They may extend the expiration date or allow you to apply what you paid toward a purchase.
If the business does not or cannot honor your request, contact us directly, and we will find a solution that meets your needs. The bottom line is, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and will do what we can to make things right.

If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll make sure you get your money back.
